Graham is an expert in websites that get results. A pioneer of the Australian Internet his career started 10 years ago when he first published www.onlineopinion.com.au, Australia's most popular politics website. He was the first to use the Internet for opinion polling and is an advocate for Web 2.0, using the Internet to harness the power of your customers.

Graham is keenly sought after for conferences and training. He combines an enthusiasm for innovation with a strongly grounded sense of the need for technologies to make business and financial sense. His background includes garden maintenance, property finance, property development and politics. Graham writes on politics and the Internet and is a frequent media commentator.

Graham Young is founder and Chief Editor of On Line Opinion and Executive Director of The National Forum.

Steve Hartley

Steve Hartley - Business Development Manager

Self-employed for most of his working life, Steve's business career started in earnest in 2000 when he purchased an event staging company. His company delivered production and logistic services to major events including the Brisbane Festival, the River Festival, Woodford Folk Festival, and various corporate and government events. During his time as Managing Director, Steve re-branded the company and more than doubled revenue.

In 2003 Steve moved to a boutique advertising agency which he managed from its inception. During his tenure he acquired a separate print management business which he re-branded in 2005. The business became known as Total Media Solutions in 2008, expanding into websites and graphic design. Now in 2009 Steve has joined forces with Internet Thinking to grow the business and develop new services and products to offer to the market.

Steve has a passion for building businesses (his own and his clients) through innovative marketing, strong leadership and brand awareness. He is an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Institute of Management and the Urban Development Institute of Australia. Steve plays classical guitar and golf in his spare time, and has a goal of sailing around Australia in the future.

Susan Prior

Susan Prior - Editor

Susan Prior is the full time editor of On Line Opinion. She has been in this position since August 2004 and has seen some huge changes in the online media industry in that time.

Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Mass Communication with Distinction from the University of Southern Queensland majoring in multimedia, journalism and public relations. While completing her degree she held intern positions with the BBC in the United Kingdom and ABC Online in Brisbane. In 2009 Susan was nominated for, and was runner up in, the Sydney Freelance Writers' Good Editor Awards.
