Content and Newsletter Management

We are journalists as well as web designers. While you can manage our sites yourself, we are also happy to manage them for you or provide advice to your consultants how to do this effectively. Content needs to change frequently to attract return visits. You may do this via media releases from your PR consultants or you may also want to blog. Not-for-profits and Politicians

As technology partner to The National Forum, Internet Thinking builds and maintains websites for not-for-profit organisations and politicians. The National Forum, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee whose aim is to find ways of using the Internet for democracy, retains 25% of the contract price to further its work. As well as building sites for these organisations using open source content management systems such as Joomla and WordPress, Internet Thinking also builds sites using its own proprietary content management systems. POL, or Politicians Online is designed specifically for politicians, while CAMS is for the more general market.

eCommerce

Whether you're launching a full-scale online store, looking to offer promotional products for purchase, or managing donations or memberships, we can provide you with an appropriate custom eCommerce solution. Domain Registration and Hosting

We can also register your domain name for you and provide hosting. Normally we host the websites that we build. If you are interested in stand alone hosting we can also provide a variety of levels through an arrangement with AAPT and our associated company The National Forum. Search Engine Optimisation

A good Search Engine Optimisation strategy increases traffic to your site by enabling people seeking services in your area to find you on the web. The higher the quality of information that search engines have about you the greater the chance of a “match” when someone runs a search using terms that describe you or what you do.
